Two Anterior Immediate Implant After Extraction & Two Posterior Implant

A 31 year old Chinese female traveled from China to Kuala Lumpur. She came to our clinic in Kota Damansara with complaints of a wobbly milk tooth. Upon clinical examination patient was found to still retain a milk tooth on the upper jaw canine region left, right and lower. She was missing her lower right second premolar. X-ray was taken on 23rd January 2015. Treatment options were presented to the patient with option number being to close the space after extraction of the milk tooth.

Option two was implant placement after removal of the milk tooth. Option three was to have a bridge. Estimation of cost and duration of treatment was also given and patient decided to go with the implant option. The treatment plan was given with exact costing after the 3D scan imaging (CBCT) was done. The procedure was started on February 2015 with the extraction of the left milk tooth on the upper diseased canine and lower left diseased molar. On the same day we proceeded to place implants on all four sides. Final impression was taken on April 2015 and upper canine zirconia crown were cemented. Lower canine porcelain fuse-to-metal crown were cemented.
