A 50 year old Chinese male who lives in Kuala Lumpur came to our clinic in Kota Damansara. He had lost both of his upper central incisor teeth at an early age and has been wearing denture for quite a long time from his early 20’s. Patient was not willing to go through any other option other than implant. 3D scan imaging (CBCT) was done.
Treatment plan was presented to patient with the risk involved highlighted to him prior to the aesthetic procedure. Procedure required bone grafting and connected tissue graft as well. Patient accepted the treatment plan in November 2014. Implant placement surgery was performed in the same month and he continue using his denture for 4 months. The final crowns were cemented in March 2015.
