Single Unit Impact Placement With Bone graft & Soft Tissue Graft

A 59 year old male Caucasian traveled from Australia to Malaysia and came to our clinic. He had a history of failed root canal treatment. He was given the option for implant which comes with the risk of a poor aesthetic outcome. This was based on his oral condition due to severe bone loss and a soft tissue defect. Option two was bridging.

Patient went with the implant option which involved bone graft and connected tissue graft. 3D imaging scan was done in February 2014. Implant surgery was performed on the same month. Later, porcelain fuse-to-metal crown was cemented on June 2014.
